VIBRATION WOF...

​There is one simple TRUTH that continues to be with you in every expression and experience in life.  And that will be your constant interpretation and therefore meaning that you are making of events, circumstances and situations.

I find almost every individual and therefore the groups of people that I work with - are far more MAGNIFICENT than they are currently owning the truth of.  

What I also know from experience is that the consistent underlaying VIBRATION "everything that makes you up, physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically (both seen and unseen)" are the factors to point you to the summary of how you have already decided whether 2016 was a good or bad year for you.

​Try out this Vibration WOF - it will give you direct feedback on how you have been thinking behaving, experiencing and living life.

VIBRATION WOF Exercise:

1. When I reflect on my year - over all it was "___________________" 
2. My current theme and truth about my relationships during 2016 were "_________________"

4. I have owned my magnificence and celebrated in these areas "____________________"
5. My awareness of my own VIBRATION (how I feel on a consistent basis) is "______________"

7. My deepest felt painful or uncomfortable moment was "________________________" and now I feel FREE from this /or/ STUCK within this. (choose one if you can, or ponder how you moved through this contrasting experience).
8. On a daily basis from my current memory my energy has felt "___________________"

10. The trust is I feel I lived in the PAST / PRESENT / FUTURE (choose one) most of the time this year.   This has worked for me in "________________________" way.  This has not worked for me in  "_____________________________" way.

GO YOU!  TAKE ACTION NOW! and answer the VIBRATION WOF.  I found this VIBRATION WOF very insightful to reveal to me the TRUTH of how close to expressing my MAGNIFICENCE and my OVERALL VIBRATION during this year/   It has also given me an opportunity to relook at what I am committed to supporting myself with as I move forward into 2017.
