Dear Friend,
I acknowledge you completely, the experiences in life that have made you who you are today, The tough, the beautiful, the frightening, the delightful, the hard and the easy, the repressive and the expressive, the pain and the suffering, the joy and the laughter, the trying, oh trying so hard, perhaps the exhaustion and the tears, the moments where it felt like you had it all together that then seemed overnight to slip through your fingers as you tumbled into another life experience that may have stimulated stress and anxiety; even the desire to completely give up.
Then somehow everything worked out and you were on your feet again for a time and enjoying life, when suddenly again – a life event brought in a new experience that threw you around like a kite in a storm. Just when you thought you couldn’t take any more something else showed up and you felt like you were falling apart, you grieved and cried, and then light came back and a joy filled you and you found happiness and ease again.

I remember with joy that moment where that question that I had continually bubbling around inside of me uplifted me and took me in a new direction in life, a new way of experiencing, where that deep inner thirst I had was finally quenched and satisfaction landed for me within my life. Where the search for something was finally over and the exhaustion of trying to achieve my dreams and goals and ambitions rested in the most beautiful way. I fell deeply head over heals in love with me!

I yearned for like minded souls, people I could connect deeply with, where the ‘normal in life’ was left alone, and the natural the wondrous, the exciting and the unknown was openly shared and discussed. I search for this – I didn’t find it. So I started opening up my field and my personal space for groups of like minded souls to come together where we could dream the impossible dream. Playfully engage, collaborate, play with the Alchemy of transformation, energy and matter, synergise and grow, expand and up-level, share deep inner knowings, learnings and observations. People with big hearts, high awareness and high vibration who love the little things in life and will participate in rituals together, cackle and dance without the judgments, because we could simply be ourselves uplifted by each other, and nurtured deeply. So that when we went back to our lives we took the richness and wonder with us and shared it because we were full cups again.

I truly don’t know what the future holds. All that I know is that there is an inner serenity that grows daily with excitement for each moment and realizing within each moment I am the magic of life itself. I am the flow of life itself. It was always within me, I was never separate, even though for 40 years most often it didn’t feel that way! How had I missed such a delicious quite obvious thing? Yet here within the magnificence that I am, I discover the manifestation and creation process is me, and my world now organizes itself around me, and I playfully grow, find joy in the difficult and love in the once pushed away and denied.
Whoever you are, whatever you have experienced, I know from my own experiences that there has been a gift within them that has made me who I am today. And therefore who you are today. We truly don’t know what tomorrow holds, or even the next hour. We travel in life together crossing paths and sharing moments; 6 billion plus people on a journey that sometimes seems there is no point. And yet we all continue. I truly thank you!

As I have invested my entire adult life to investigating the complexity of what makes us up,
I have also taken the time during my own personal exploration of life to map out road markers, and sign posts, so that I have a trail to easily bring those I love through, if ever they need it. This has transpired to now include anyone who is interested in deeply enjoying the life that they are.
I have written books and manuals, made mp3’s to help and support (because I would have loved access to these tools), I have designed and delivered programmes to support the navigation of this path for others. It is always me who is learning, although I now, because of age and experience and a tad of master craft, and a bundle of personal development programmes I have participated in, have a title of teacher. I use this humbly, because I’m truly a learner, willing to share with anyone who has the heart and guts to come along for the ride.
