In the midst of Resistance

Hey you!

This morning I was feeling resistance to a simple action that I had decided to do - and well... I could have opted out - in fact my inner chatter was going hammer and tongs giving me the opt out!

I'm glad that I faced the resistance, and stepped through into action.  Its always the little steps, one thing along the way toward a larger space of being that we can step into.
