Sometimes I'm faced with a decision.

"Do I worry or concern over an event or do I simply allow it to take form?"

More and more lately I simply trust - and I know I can do this because of what I choose to pay attention to is; "What are my underpaying feelings?" For that is the true message I'm sending out to the universe in my creations and manifestations.

That underlaying feeling is what is truly creating what I experience as a reality.

The way my energy is moving through my body, the flow, or not are the key things (and the sigificant things) for me to be aware of.

For those movements of energy flow (or not, could be restrictions of flow) are what are signalling to my body, my mind therefore thoughts, and my inner and external environment is completely and absolutely what my external reality will respond too.

Such a glorious awareness, such a playful and fool proof system.

You truly truly are magnificent. I see it in people and groups of people every day! Such an honour such a blessing. So very exciting!!

Spiritual Strip-teeze (the very process of unravelling the illusions of NOT YOU).

Spiritual Strip-teeze is the process that I personally call it as I have come into the light of the sharings and teachings I offer in the Frequency Factor Masterclass and Frequency Factor Tribe.

The entire purpose of Spiritual Strip-teeze is to use the erotic language of sensual pleasure to awaken our creative beings in the unfolding of our spiritual natures.
