 How we feel is paramount to our creations. Pushing feelings away doesn't actually make them go away. when you are playing in the realm of shifting your vibration, its simply easier to face that which has been locked within our energy systems (body, memories and perception), than to ignore them and push them away!

The memories within your actual body (and outside, but that's another conversation) as stored experiences- are influencing your behaviours, feelings and way of experiencing your life. Teaching the cells in your body what it feels like to be happy, (or another sensation and 'feeling'), to know what it feels like to have what you want to experience and create is another skill to master. How you feel is paramount - it is indicating to you on a constant basis of how close you are or more specifically exactly what you are bringing into your world at a physical level. Yes more of those feelings manifested into a physical reality that is agreed upon by many. It truly excites me - the way you feel is paramount! Do you fear your own feelings? Do you delight in your feelings? Do you know how to shift and transform those feelings to use the energy of the sensations to your highest and best? Such a delightful experience to witness - such a truly magnificent miracle to observe. Kinda like magic really ✨ when someone experiences their own feelings transform before them and within them, you can literally see the delight on their face, the relief and joy. You are that magic...I truly hope you know and feel it daily. You are the magic of transformation. You are the magic that transforms the energy of your feelings into a useable source. You are the alchemy of change, it's not separate from you. You are it... all of the aspects that are within the universe of you, create and form around your centre being, your core, your essence, you. These are absolutely influenced by your current focus, and the underlying feelings you move around within. You are a powerful cause of the experiences that you have. Karyn Janelle Davisaka (The Butterfly Lady) Spiritual Strip-teeze (the very process of unravelling the illusions of NOT YOU).Spiritual Strip-teeze is the process that I personally call it as I have come into the light of the sharings and teachings I offer in the Frequency Factor Masterclass and Frequency Factor Tribe.
