Every moment a new expression...

Moderation in everything- even moderation itself... just not when it comes to chocolate!

The long search for perfection has seemed to drive me my whole life. Attempting to fit in, struggling, succeeding, failing, sneaking by and sucking it all up to verify myself as valuable, lived and accepted.

So so many times I have been the one to ask "if you could be your own true expression- what would that be?" And I watch as people attempt to answer life times of learning in a one sentence answer. Why do we do this? Why do we continue to limit ourselves with the level of question we ask ourself?

So I asked myself this question...

If i were able to express me in my true form - how would i do that? For me the answer has slowly morphed to realise the best and highest level I can ask myself a question like this is realising that everything is temporary, and to invite myself to entertain "if in this moment I was able to express myself in my true form - how would that look , feel, sound, taste, smell...plus each moment is the opportunity for a new expression!!

So I no longer seek the answer to the question - all forms are as expressive as the next..

Leaning into my weird a little more each day - realising its more comfortable to be true to my own self expression than the pain of trying to fit in, to my life perception of what I think another person wants or expects me to be.

Spiritual Strip-teeze (the very process of unravelling the illusions of NOT YOU).

Spiritual Strip-teeze is the process that I personally call it as I have come into the light of the sharings and teachings I offer in the Frequency Factor Masterclass and Frequency Factor Tribe.
